Reese's Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Have you seen these yet? Have you?! Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Oreos! You guys, it's a dream come true! Peanut butter and Oreos have been going together for many years. My first exposure to it was the original Parent Trap, when one twin offers the other one an Oreo dipped in pb.

Now, when Oreo sets out to promote special flavors, I'm usually really skeptical. I mean… watermelon flavored Oreos? Noooo, thank you. I like my classic Oreo and I'll stick to it. Until I saw these.

Just a reminder, these are probably going to be a limited edition unless the world signs a petition to bring them to the constant Oreo table. If you find this recipe and don't have any clue when these Reese's Oreos came out, it's okay, you can still use the classic Oreo, or even the Golden Oreo, or the Oopsie Oreo (gold with chocolate creme, or the one with both colors of cookie), and I bet even the Birthday Oreo would be delicious in this recipe!

The great thing about this recipe is that it's SO easy! It took me just a few minutes to put together, and it was in the oven before I knew it. I love easy recipes like this because I'm a busy person and I usually need a quick dessert!

I hope you enjoy these delicious cookie bars, and if you find those limited edition Reese's Oreos, let me know where you found them! (In Norman, Oklahoma, I found them at Wal-Mart and was told they are also at Target)
